Original language is a browsing filter
Our language pages group productions by their recorded original language. They do not promise a particular subtitle track or dubbed version. Check the destination player's audio menu for the edition you are about to watch.
Readability comes first
If the service offers subtitle settings, choose a text size and background that remain readable from your actual seat. White lettering over a bright scene may need more contrast. Caption tracks may include speaker and sound information that dialogue-only subtitles omit.
When timing seems wrong
Check whether the delay continues throughout the title. A track for a different cut can drift after an extra scene or recap. Compare an available alternate track or report the edition-specific issue to the viewing service.
Dubbing and subtitle translations can use different phrasing. That does not automatically indicate the wrong film. If dialogue is hard to hear, inspect the audio-output settings or try an appropriate stereo track. The goal is to follow the scene comfortably, not to spend the opening act adjusting every menu.
